InPsyd Information is a private, invite-only tool operated by Studio Balke / A Nice Yard, LLC. By using it you agree to these terms.
Accounts & Access
- Access is by invitation. Keep your sign-in link and password confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Administrators may add, edit, pause, or remove accounts and manage roles and environments.
Acceptable Use
- Use InPsyd only for its intended purpose — organizing schedules, tasks, and work for you and the people you're grouped with.
- Don't attempt to access data outside your permissions, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful content.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited right to store and display it to operate the app for you and your environments.
Third-Party Services
If you connect Google, your use of Google is also governed by Google's terms. We access only what you authorize and only to provide the feature.
Disclaimer
InPsyd is provided "as is," without warranties. We aren't liable for lost data or indirect damages. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
